Application Process:

Complete the form and send it via email to admissions@hkbk.edu.in.

Other Terms and Conditions:

  1. Valid proof (ID Card, Service certificate, Certificate from the employer, Discharge Certificate from the Hospital, or any other applicable document, death certificate, domicile certificate) must be submitted to certify eligibility.
  2. Wards eligible for the scholarship include dependent sons and/or daughters.
  3. The scholarship is applicable to Indian citizens only.
  4. The award will be granted after verifying the candidate's original documents.
  5. HKBK reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict the number of students (beneficiaries).

Girls Scholarship: 

Scholarship for Girl Students for Intake in Engineering Programs at HKBK for Academic Year 2022.

Offered for the first year on the tuition fee to all girls taking admission in HKBK in 2021 subject to a minimum of 80% marks in 12th board exams.

Rs. 25,000 scholarship for a female student.

Merit-Based Scholarship:

Offered to students securing an aggregate of 80% marks in class X and XII and 80% in PCM for Engineering.

Limited to 10% of seats in each Engineering Program.

Scholarships will be allotted for the first year in Merit order to eligible candidates.

The scholarship amount is Rs. 25,000/- on Tuition fees for the first year.

Old Student Concession Policy to Promote Higher Education:

Rs. 30,000/- yearly fee scholarship for the 1st year for students of the entire HKBK group.

Teacher’s Ward Concession:

Rs. 30,000 concession on a yearly fee for the 1st year for wards of teachers with at least one year of regular service.

Sibling Concession:

Rs. 25,000 concessions on a 1st-year fee for newly joined students.

For Orphan Candidates:

For Single Parents, a Rs. 30,000 concession will be given.

Alumni Scholarship:

Rs. 25,000/- concession will also be allowed to the actual brother/sister/spouse/Wards of the alumni student of this Institute.

Industry Scholarships:

HKBK College of Engineering has the unwavering support of corporations, associations, societies, and individual professionals in the Energy and Allied sectors.

The industry provides support in various ways, including knowledge sharing, field visits, laboratory equipment, books, sports facilities, and scholarships.

HKBKCET Entrance Exam:

HKBKCET is a National-level online evaluation test conducted by the HKBK Group of Institutions.

The meritorious ranking is considered for admissions.

Candidates are required to appear for the HKBK Group of Institutions, Bengaluru evaluation test, in addition to standard eligibility criteria.

Online exam schedules: Phase 1 (December-July), Phase 2 (August to October).

Scholarship schemes based on marks obtained.
