The College is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).

Boys Hostel: The hostel facilities cater to boys separately, offering spacious and comfortable rooms. The College strongly emphasises maintaining a hygienic environment to promote healthy living. Nutritious meals ensure the residents have the vigour and strength they need. Furthermore, the lounges have TVs, newspapers, and magazines for entertainment and amusement.

Girls Hostel: Similar to the boys' hostel, the College provides separate hostel facilities for girls. The rooms are designed to be spacious and comfortable, with a continued focus on hygiene for the well-being of residents. Nutritious meals are a priority to ensure their vitality. In addition, the lounges are equipped with TVs, newspapers, and magazines to offer entertainment and relaxation.

Library: The library boasts an extensive collection of books from various publishers covering all subjects. This includes reference materials that meet the information needs of both students and faculty. The library's ambience, easy book access, and installed software greatly benefit users. In addition to prescribed textbooks, the College offers volumes that delve deeper into various topics through reference books, eBooks, journals, periodicals, and magazines. Students can also borrow books for a specified period, enhancing their learning experience.

Sports: St. George College of Management, Science & Nursing prioritises the holistic development of students. The College provides opportunities for both outdoor and indoor games and sports activities. Students are encouraged to participate in various sports and physical fitness exercises, with the chance to compete in local, regional, and national sports competitions. The sports facilities include badminton, cricket, football, table tennis, volleyball, and track events. We organise sports meets periodically, inviting competition from peer institutions.

IT Infrastructure: The College features a spacious, fully air-conditioned computer lab equipped with the latest high-tech hardware and software configurations that support academic and additional programs. The College is fortunate to have over 80 nodes with updated peripherals, high-end operation, and application software. The LAN system includes two Windows NT Servers, offering internet connections and web browsing facilities.

Cafeteria: The cafeteria, functioning as a small food court, provides snacks, savouries, hot and cold beverages, and lunch options for our staff, students, and guests.
