For Indian Students: Application forms and brochures are available for personal collection from the unit on the main campus, Opposite Manyata Tech Park, Nagawara. As an alternative, an online application is also an option.

Document Submission & Provisional Admission: Candidates can secure provisional admission in their chosen course by paying the Registration Fee. Alongside this, the submission of necessary supporting documents, testimonials, and the completed application form is required.

Personal Interview: Prospective students are encouraged to schedule a personal interview with the Principal and the respective college's selection committee. The final selection process considers marks attained in the qualifying examination, entrance test scores (for applicable courses), and performance during the personal interview.

Submission of Original Documents & Final Admission: Final admission is completed after presenting all required original documents, making necessary fee payments, and fulfilling any other essential formalities. A list of documents required for entry will be provided.

Step 1: Register at Apply.Hkbk.Edu.In:

Visit https://apply.hkbk.edu.in and follow these steps:

1. Fill in your Name, Email, Contact Number, and City to register. Upon visiting the website, candidates should complete the registration process by providing details such as Name, Email, Contact Number, Course, and City.
2. Choose your preferred program and select a Password. After providing the required information, candidates should choose their desired program and discipline. They will also need to select a password and complete the registration.
3. Confirmation Message Sent via Email/SMS after Successful Registration. Once the registration is completed, candidates will receive a confirmation message via Email or SMS on their registered mobile number and Email address. Verification of the registered email is essential, and this can be done by clicking on the link sent to the email ID.

Step 2: Fill out the Application Form: 

1. Complete the Application Form after logging in. Candidates need to log in using their Registered Email ID and password. 
2. The application form will require personal and academic information to be filled in. It's essential to provide accurate and complete details.
3.  If certain marks or grades are unavailable at the time of application, candidates can indicate "Results are awaited" in the respective fields.

Step 3: Pay Your Fee Online: 

1. Secure Your Seat by Paying the Registration Fee Online via Payment Gateway. 
2. The registration fee can be paid securely online through net banking or debit/credit cards via the provided payment gateway.

2. Fill out the online application form and pay the application fee.
3. Download the application form and submit it with the required documents to the college admissions office.
4. Attend a personal interview with the college admissions committee.
5. If selected, pay the tuition fee and secure your seat in the BCom program.

Step 1: Check Eligibility Criteria Candidates interested in the BBA program at HKBK Degree College must meet the following eligibility criteria: Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 12th standard examination with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Subjects: Candidates should have studied English, Mathematics, and one of the following subjects at the 12th standard level: Economics, Commerce, or Business Studies.

Step 2: Apply Online The application process for the BBA program at HKBK Degree College is conducted online. Candidates can submit their applications through the college website.

Step 3: Upload Application Form and Documents After submitting the online application form, candidates must upload the following documents:

1. 12th standard mark sheet
2. Transfer certificate
3. Character certificate
4. Passport-sized photograph.

Step 4: Pay Application Fee The application fee for the BBA program at HKBK Degree College is INR 500. Candidates have the option to make the payment either online or offline.

Step 5: Attend Entrance Examination All applicants for the BBA program at HKBK Degree College are required to participate in an entrance examination. This examination is typically held in May.

Step 6: Wait for Admission Results Once the entrance examination results are published, the college will release a merit list comprising the names of shortlisted candidates. Those shortlisted will be invited to attend a personal interview.

Step 7: Attend Personal Interview The interview aims to evaluate the candidate's academic performance, communication skills, and overall personality.

Step 8: Receive Admission Letter Candidates selected for admission to the BBA program at HKBK Degree College will receive an admission letter. They must pay the admission fee and submit the necessary documents to the college to confirm their admission.

2. Fill out the application form completely and accurately.
3. Attach the following documents to the application form:
1. Copy of your 10th and 12th class mark sheets
2. Copy of your transfer certificate (TC)
3. Copy of your caste certificate (if applicable)
4. Two passport-size photographs
4. Submit the application form and documents to the HKBK Degree College admission office.
5. Attend the BCA admission test and interview.
6. Shortlisted Candidates will be offered a seat in the BCA program.
7. Pay the admission fee and submit the required documents to confirm your seat.

Candidates aiming to enrol in this course must have completed their 10+2 education in the relevant stream from a recognised board.

1. Marks card of Class 10 or equivalent examination
2. Marks card of Class 12 or equivalent examination
3. Degree /Under-graduation marks cards (3 years) issued by the university last attended
4. Provisional Degree Certificate
5. Migration Certificate issued by the board/university last studied in
6. Character Certificate issued by the head of the institution last studied in
7. Transfer Certificate issued by the head of the institution last studied in
8. Ten copies of passport-size photographs
