Placement Cell

The Placement Cell at HKBKCE ensures students acquire the right skills and domain knowledge, making them readily acceptable to the industry. State-of-the-art facilities support every stage of the placement process, including pre-placement talks, group discussions, and interview rooms.

Training

Students receive coaching from experienced professionals, enhancing their corporate readiness through personality development, CV writing, communication skills, aptitude tests, and interview techniques. Soft skills training is mandatory for all students.

Placement Process

1. Invitation to Recruiters:
1. The Placement Team invites recruiters with relevant details about final placements.
2. Job Description Submission:
1. Recruiters submit job descriptions for the profiles they intend to hire for.
3. Recruitment Process Communication:
1. Companies inform the institute about their recruitment process, including the number and types of selection rounds.
4. Campus Visit Dates:
1. The Placement Team communicates campus visit dates to recruiters, considering student preferences and job profiles.
5. Preliminary Interviews:
1. Firms may conduct preliminary interviews on or off-campus, shortlisting candidates.
6. Pre-placement Talks:
1. Recruiters are encouraged to deliver pre-placement talks, providing insights into the company culture and growth opportunities.
7. Selection Process:
1. HR conducts selection rounds and communicates the names of selected students to the Placement Department.
8. Final Job Offers:
1. Companies provide final job offers, acknowledged by students through the Placement Department.
9. Shortlisted Student List:
1. Firms share the final list of shortlisted students at least three days before their interview.
10. One Offer Policy:
1. The institute follows a "One Offer per student" policy to streamline the placement process.
11. Early Joining Consideration:
1. Companies seeking early joining inform the Placement Department, subject to case-by-case approval by the College.
